WSSHA Fall Health Law Conference 2018

Registration fee includes conference tuition and handouts, coffee breaks, snacks, Friday reception, Saturday breakfast, and Saturday lunch.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
If cancellation is received by October 24, 2018, a full refund will be returned. NO REFUNDS will be offered if cancellation is received after October 24, 2018.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Room reservations should be made directly with the Pan Pacific by visiting this link: http://aws.passkey.com/go/WSSHA2018, calling 1.800.937.1515 (USA), or emailing reservations@panpacificvancouver.com. The reservations group discount ID is WSSH1118.

ROOM RATES
WSSHA negotiated a deeply discounted nightly rate for a Deluxe Room: CDN$174-$206 (at present US$135-$158), plus taxes and fees. Call and mention WSSHA for discounted rates on higher category rooms. WSSHA will work with the hotel to extend the room block expiration, but at present, the expiration is October 2, 2018. The special rates are available until the room block is exhausted or until October 2, 2018. Please note that last year the room block exhausted before the cut-off date.

CLE CREDITS
Application pending, expect approval for about 7.0 CLE credits: 6.0 general and 1.0 ethics.

DRESS
Casual dress is acceptable.

BORDER CROSSING
You will need a valid passport or enhanced WA driver’s license/ID to travel between the USA and Canada. If you plan to bring a child, you may also need a document giving spousal approval for their travel.

WSSHA MEMBERSHIP

Membership for 2019 (January 1, 2019 – December 31, 2019) is moving to a new and improved system. 2018 members will receive a notification regarding how to renew on November 1. Individuals who would like to become a member will also be able to use the system effective November 1. More information will be provided at the Fall conference and by email.
